Qualified Electricians Wanted - Swansea

A number of exciting and challenging opportunities have arisen for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as a qualified electrician. We are a growing business based in Swansea servicing a range of commercial and domestic contracts.

We are currently looking for qualified , dynamic and experienced electricians to carry out electrical repair work (not appliances) to domestic and commercial properties in the SA, CF, NP areas.

To be successful, applicants should have experience working independently; without prompting or assistance. The role will suit a self-motivated, ambitious individual who thrives on a challenge and varied nature of the job.

Job Duties:

• Diagnose and repair electrical problems in commercial and domestic electrical systems, including fault-finding, rewiring, and monitoring.
• Conduct routine maintenance and testing on commercial and domestic electrical systems and ensure installations are to manufacturers standards, including fire alarm systems.
• Rewire faulty electrical systems, such as lighting, heating systems and alarms.
• Ensure good quality workmanship which upholds company standards, complies with building codes and follows safety requirements.
• Work alone to find and present faults and concerns in electrical systems without receiving explicit direction.
• Provide exceptional customer service and answer any customer questions.
• Install electrical systems to the 18th edition wiring regulations, including installing heating and cooling systems.
• Possess working knowledge of IEE regulations, City & Guilds 2360 and 2382 qualifications, inspection and testing certificate (2391) or similar.
• Demonstrate familiarity with NICEIC requirements.
